PIGS, PINOT & PUROS at AUREOLE in NYC
Join us at Chef Charlie Palmer’s Aureole for an al fresco wine dinner featuring some of the most sought after Pinot Noirs from around the world, along with puros (Spanish for cigars) from Nat Sherman and a perfectly paired menu created by Aureole Executive Chef, Marcus Gleadow-Ware. Wine Director Carrie Lyn Strong will guide us through the dynamic world of Pinot Noir grapes as we enjoy summer’s arrival on Aureole’s all-new outdoor lounge, The Patio.
